One time, I was charged when a tech didn't even bother to show up that day! Trying to get anything resolved via their customer service team was pointless. "I always loved working out in my yard and garden & prided myself on having the prettiest flowers on my block planted every season. As I got older, it became much more difficult to do those types of things like I did in my more youthful days. My grandson had been doing most of it for me the past few years in exchange for a little pocket money, but when he went away to college this past year, I was worried I wouldn't be able to line something up so late in the season. The very last weekend before he left, my grandson was cutting my grass and seen Matt out mowing my neighbor's yard and went and asked if he was willing to take on any more properties and shared my situation. I am sure he was likely very busy, be he assured him he could fit me in every week for those last few weeks of the season. And he did SUCH a wonderful job! He came over that very next week and cut my grass, edged the entire property, and even helped me clean out my flower beds which, I am embarrassed to say had been a little neglected that season. I couldn't be happier with the work he did (and you can ask my grandson, I can be a tad picky when it comes to my yard!). I once again felt like I had the prettiest property in the block! Matt was very reliable and detailed and is such a nice young man to boot! It is such a relief to know that I am already set up with him for this coming season. While I miss having my grandson around, I am so happy that he helped me find Matt and Grassroots Lawn Care. I couldn't recommend him enough!"
